At Wildly Happy, we curate each monthly subscription with care to bring you a unique and exciting experience every month. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your subscription. Please review our policy below.
- No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our subscription items. All sales are final. This policy helps us maintain the high quality and curated nature of our subscriptions. - Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns, we understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or defective. If this happens:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your subscription at hello@livewildlyhappy.com or (570) 599-1754
- Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s).
- We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost or issue a partial refund or credit, depending on the situation.
- Missing Items
If your subscription is missing an item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your subscription.
- We will verify the issue and either send you the missing item or provide a credit for the value of the item.
- Refunds and Cancellations
Since we do not allow returns, we do not offer refunds for subscription itmes once they have been shipped. However:
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. Please do this before the 14th of the month.
- If you cancel after your subscription has renewed (after the 14th of the month) but before the subscription has shipped, we can't issue a refund for the upcoming shipment.
- Customer Satisfaction

One-Time Purchase/E-Commerce Return Policy
- Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund. Itmes returned after 30 days may be eligible for store credit, subject to our discretion.
- Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
* All items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
* All tags and labels must still be attached.
* Certain items such as customized products, clearance items, or hygiene-related products (like beauty products, swimwear, etc), are final sale and cannot be returned. - How to Return Your Item
Returning an item is easy, just contact our customer service team at hello@livewildlyhappy.com. We'll respond within 24 hours with further instructions. - Return Shipping Costs
We provide free return shipping for all domestic returns. - Resocking Fees
There are are no restocking fees for returns. However, items returned in non-original condition (without packaging, tags removed, etc) may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. - Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the the above return policy.
For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost. - Refunds and Store Credit
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, please indicate this during the the return request. Store credit will be issued immediately after approval.
